| We are a Specialized
Agency in Permanent Waterproofing Treatment, as we have
developed a concept of permanent waterproofing treatment
with the use of a waterproofing compound (Proprietary
Compound) which was developed over twenty years back. It
may be observed that all the Architects and Engineers all
over the world are engaged in the construction of new
buildings, but very few are aware of the fact that these
buildings are phasing out much earlier than their normal
life-span just for want of one effective water-repellent
course. The Bio-chemists are also working round the
clock, developing one after the other,
chemicals/felts/paints, but may not have succeeded in
finding out a permanent solution to this chronic and
basic problem. It has been observed that combined cost of frustration, inconvenience, as well as civil and professional loss once added up often shows that an effective waterproofing system comes cheaper. OTHER TREATMENTS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET That mere application of Acrylic and polymer materials will not be a permanent solution to this chronic problem of leakage, which, not only is an inconvenience to the people, but adversely effects the life of the structure due to erosion, caused by as a result of the moisture reaching the reinforcement bars. The waterproofing treatment by conventional method using Bitumastic /Acrylic felts, paints and/or chemicals have a very limited life- span and do not last long compared to the life of the structure. However, we have achieved this breakthrough with the development of a concept where the cement has been made the main runner in the process by mixing our waterproofing compound, which has been Time-Tested now and has been patronized widely. The other materials used for the Treatment have been carefully selected to contribute further toward the treatment to achieve additional benefits. |
