Reservation & Payment:

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservations. The balance payment must be made prior to the guest’s arrival at Island Jungle Resort.

Refund on Cancellation:

Any cancellation made will be charged as follows:

• Prior to 8 to 15 25% Cancellation Charge
• Prior to 1 to 7 days 50% Cancellation Charge

Post-Trip Refund:

Requests for refunds shall not be entertained once guest’s have begun to avail of the services of the Package Programs unless the demands are of genuine nature.
