ITINERARY
Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02 - 04 Official preparation day in Kathmandu.
Day 05 Fly Kathmandu/Lukla and trek to Phakding. Overnight in camp.
Day 06 Trek to Namche Bazaar. Overnight camp.
Day 07 - 08 Lay over day at Khumjung for acclimatization.
Day 09 Trek to Tengboche Monastery. Overnight in camp.
Day 10 Trek to Pheriche. Overnight in camp.
Day 11 Trek to Lobuche. Overnight in camp.
Day 12 Trek to Everest BC. Overnight in camp.
Day 13 - 55 Climbing
Day 56 Trek from BC to Pheriche. Overnight in camp.
Day 57 Trek to Khumjung. Overnight in camp.
Day 58 Trek to Phakding. Overnight in camp.
Day 59 Trek to Lukla. Overnight in camp.
Day 60 Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 61 Stay in Kathmandu.
Day 62 Departure to your next destination.

THE COSTS INCLUDE :-
1. Accommodation at a standard hotel in Kathmandu on Bed and Breakfast basis.
2. Permit fee and Icefall route fee.
3. Flight Kathmandu/Lukla/Kathmandu as per the itinerary for members, staff & liaison officer.
4. Transportation of food supply to Lukla.
5. 6 porters loads to BC.
6. Lodging and food en-route to BC and return.
7. Food and fuel at BC during the expedition period.
8. BC tent for members and staff.
9. Kitchen and dining equipment, toilet and shower tents with shower equipment, chairs and tables at BC.
10. 2-6 members 1 cook and 1 kitchen boy.
11. 7-11 members 1 cook: 2 kitchen boys.
12. 12 and above 2 cooks 2 kitchen boys.
13. Equipment allowance, day allowance, insurance for BC staff and liaison officer.
14. Visa extension and conservation fees.
15. Local transport in Kathmandu (Airport/hotel/airport).
16. Helicopter rescue insurance operation only for Nepalese staff.
17. Agency service charge.

THE COSTS EXCLUDE:
1. International airfares.
2. International Airport Departure tax.
3. Entry visa for Nepal (this can be obtained at the airport upon arrival).
4. Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu.
5. High altitude food and fuel above BC and personal climbing gears.
6. Accident insurance and emergency evacuation.
7. Related charges for communication equipment, satellite phone, and walkie-talkie and filming. Nepal custom duty for import of expedition goods arriving into Nepal by air cargo.
8. Garbage deposit of US$ 4,000 (refundable after the expedition).
9. High altitude Sherpa, oxygen and mask and a regulator.
10. Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu above 6 days.
11. Personal travel, medical and rescue insurance
12. Related charges for communication equipment (satellite phone, walkie-talkie).
